Protein Overnight Oats

These Protein Overnight Oats are delicious and so quick and easy! This recipe only contains a few ingredients, making it a simple on-the-go breakfast option. I love to make these the night before then grab them out of the fridge on my way out the door in the morning.

You can be as creative as you like for toppings... I personally love blueberries but even grated apple, banana or strawberries work. I also love nuts, chia seeds or hemp seeds... don't be shy, get creative and enjoy!

I N G R E D I E N T S

1/2   Cup Old Fashioned Wholegrain Rolled Oats

3/4   Cup Almond Milk or Milk of Choice

Sprinkle of Cinnamon

1 Tbsp At Health Australia Vanilla Protein Powder

 

Next morning ... Toppings... GET CREATIVE!! 

Handful of Blueberries (Frozen or fresh can work)

Hemp Seeds, Chia Seeds

Almonds

Swirl Rice Malt Syrup or Honey

Banana or even grated apple!! 

Peanut Butter.... delish.

 

M E T H O D

Combine the main ingredients together and mix well, it should look runny as the oats will soak everything up overnight. Cover with cling wrap and store in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, add a few blueberries or banana... choose your toppings, keep it simple or get creative... enjoy!!
