Hi, I’m Alexis – founder of At Health Australia, marketer-turned-health-obsessive, and someone who got fed up with the so-called “healthy” products lining the shelves.

With over a decade of experience in marketing for global brands like Twentieth Century Fox and Universal Pictures, I’ve always been driven by storytelling and impact. But it wasn’t until I started diving deeper into my own health that I realised just how misleading the wellness industry could be.

Like many, I was trying to feel better—more energised, less bloated, stronger in my body—but I kept hitting a wall. So many protein powders and health foods were packed with artificial sweeteners, gums, fillers, and hidden nasties. I wanted simple, honest nutrition made with real ingredients that actually supported my body—not worked against it.

That’s why I created At Health Australia: a clean, natural range of protein and health foods designed to nourish, support and actually work—without compromising on quality, taste, or transparency.

It started with solving a problem for myself. Now, it’s a solution for thousands of others, too.
