At Health Radiant Body Protein Pancakes with Collagen
I simply make these up in a blender so they're quick and easy plus with no refined grains ( we've used oats ), no refined sugar ( banana for sweetness ) and loads of healthy proteins ( Protein Powder, Collagen, Eggs) .
Enjoy!!
1 cup oats
1 banana
2 eggs
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
1/4 cup Radiant Body Protein Powder with Collagen
1-2 Tbsp flax meal
Super easy - Simply pop everything into the blender on medium low speed until very well mixed.
Cook over med-high heat with a small amount of butter or olive oil or coconut oil.
WHICH PROTEIN POWDER TO USE
Personally, I like our Plant Based Protein Powders for these, so our Radiant Body Protein with Collagen, or if you're Vegan, our Organic Plant Based Protein in Vanilla & Almond is just as good!
TOPPINGS
This is up to you.... my fave is Coconut Yoghurt, Drizzle of Maple Syrup, Strawberries and Blueberries.... Banana is a top fave as well.
