This smoothie will help you to kick all your health goals... the added protein keeps you feeling fuller for longer (win!!) + provides all the essential amino acids to help your body TONE + build LEAN MUSCLE (Win, Win!!)... + if you've had a tough training session today, it'll also help RECOVERY ... not to mention all the healthy, natural ingredients to keep our bodies nourished and well balanced.

I N G R E D I E N T S

1     Cup Oat Milk (or liquid of choice)

1     serve At Health Australia Protein Powder

1     Cup Frozen Berries (your choice!)

2     Bananas (frozen tastes best!) 

1/4   Avocado 

H O W  T O  M A K E 

Simply blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth and enjoy!

We also added some granola and sliced banana on top but these are completely optional :-)
