Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation email containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Aramex or Australia Post within 2 - 10 working business days depending on location, note these times may be extended during border closures or Covid lockdown or other unexpected delays. Courier Tracking will be sent to your email address upon dispatch. Please refer to your tracking link for any courier updates. If you need to query a parcel status, please lodge an enquiry directly with the courier via the tracking link. 

All orders are sent with Authority to Leave unless specified. Occasionally Couriers will not leave a parcel if they determine it is not safe to do so, and redelivery or collection from their depot, you will need to organise this directly with the courier. Contact the courier at any stage via the tracking link sent to you with your dispatch confirmation email.
