1x Banana 2x Eggs 3x tsp Maple Syrup or Honey 1 Tbsp Flour 2x Tbsp At Health Gut Plus Hydrolysed Collagen
Simply mix ingredients together and cook on a buttered pan over medium heat…. Then make your delicious topping below 👇🏼
TOPPING 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt or Coconut Yoghurt 1 Tbsp @at.health Radiant Body Vanilla Protein Mix well… add more yoghurt for runnier consistency.
Add a mix of berries or fruit of choice on top too 🙌🏼
