I N G R E D I E N T S
1 Cup Cashews
1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Protein Powder
3 Tbsp Hemp Powder
3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
14 Medjool Dates
H O W T O M A K E
1. Soak Medjool dates in hot water for 5 minutes
2. Blitz all ingredients in a food processor
3. Press into a lined tin and pop into fridge or freezer
4. Cool until firm and slice
Makes 12 bars. Store in fridge.
