Ingredients
2 Ripe bananas, mashed
4 Eggs
1 Cup At Health Vegan Choc-Caramel Fudge Protein Powder
3 Tbsp Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray.
In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, eggs, coconut oil and maple syrup until smooth.
Add the protein powder, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir gently until just combined.
Fold through the chocolate chips.
Divide mixture evenly between muffin cases and bake for approx 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
