It's so easy to subscribe and there's absolutely no obligation so you can modify, skip or cancel your subscription anytime!

 

HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?

1. Select 'Subscribe + Save 10%' on the Product Page

2. Choose your desired Protein flavour & Size

3. Select how often you would like us to deliver your product eg: every 14 days, 30 days or 90 days

4. You will be notified and charged before your protein is shipped as per your chosen delivery schedule.

5. Your protein will be automatically delivered to your door!

 

Flexible Subscription

You can effortlessly manage your subscription via 'Your Account' on our website. 

When you subscribe to a regular delivery, we will set you up with an account and you can simply login from any device and easily update your subscription in the settings any time.

Log into your account any time!

You can access your account anytime via the 'My Account' section on our website.

Log into your account to view your delivery schedule, view your past purchases, make changes, modify your account details, skip an order or cancel your subscription - we give you full flexibility to make it as seamless as possible!

Can I change the flavour or size?

Yes, you simply log into your account, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' and choose to change the product size or flavour.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes, you simply log into your account, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' and choose to skip your next delivery.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you simply log into your account, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' and choose to cancel your subscription. There is no cancellation fee. You can cancel any time.

Can I check my delivery schedule?

Yes, you simply log into your account, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' to view when your next protein delivery is due to arrive.

Can I change my delivery schedule?

Yes, you simply log into your account, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' to change when you would like your protein delivered. Need it sooner? No problem! Need it delayed, no problem!

Will you remind me before my order is sent?

Yes we will alert you via email before each delivery making it easy for you to keep track of your subscription.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged the day before your protein is due to dispatch. We will not dispatch your order if your payment method does not process or declines.

Discount codes

An important note about discount codes, as we are already providing a discount with the subscription - we are  unable to offer additional discounts / discount codes with your subscription.
