For those afternoons when you feel like something chocolatey, these homemade bliss balls are lovely to have tucked away in the freezer.

Made with Medjool dates, almonds, cacao and coconut, they’re a simple addition to your snack routine. We’re using our Organic Plant Based Choc-Caramel Fudge Protein for a chocolate caramel twist.

Ingredients

  • 10 soaked Medjool dates, stones removed
  • 1½ cups almonds
  • ¼ cup cacao
  • ¼ cup At Health Organic Plant Based Choc-Caramel Fudge Protein
  • ⅔ cup buckwheat
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

How to make

  1. Blend: Drain water from Dates, then combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until the mixture comes together.
  2. Roll: Remove the blade, then roll small portions into balls.
  3. Store: Place in a freezer-safe airtight container and store in the freezer. Let them soften slightly before enjoying.
