I love a good green protein smoothie for breakfast and this is one of my all time fave green recipes, with the unique addition of kiwi fruit. It helps balance the creamy flavours of the smoothie with that signature kiwi fruit 'zing'.
If you own a high speed blender and your kiwi fruit is organic, leave the skin on. Otherwise, we recommend peeling your kiwi before adding.
Kiwi fruit are rich in many Vitamins, flavonoids and minerals and contain a high amount of Vitamin C (more than oranges!) and as much potassium as bananas. Kiwi fruit is also very high in Vitamin K and provide a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin E and Copper.

1 scoop 'At Health Australia' Naturally Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup Spinach
1 Frozen Banana
1 Kiwi Fruit
Sprinkle Buckwheat and Coconut Flakes on top
H O W T O M A K E
Simply combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and serve with a sprinkle of Buckwheat and Coconut - and enjoy.
