I N G R E D I E N T S
1 Cup Oat Milk (or Milk of Choice or simply use Water)
1 Cup Frozen Mango (during Mango season, buy in bulk, prepare and freeze)
1 Frozen Banana
1 30g scoop 'At Health' Vanilla Protein Powder
6 Raw Cashews
1 tsp 'At Health' Maca Powder
1 tsp 'At Health' Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
H O W T O M A K E
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve with some Dried Mango or Bee Pollen sprinkled on top.
