I N G R E D I E N T S
1 Cup Water (or Milk of Choice)
1 Cup Frozen Mango (during Mango season, buy in bulk, prepare and freeze)
1 Frozen Banana
1 30g scoop 'At Health' Vanilla or Natural Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Tumeric Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Coconut Nectar (optional) swirl on top!!

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
