I N G R E D I E N T S
1¼ cups of almond meal
1 scoop of At Health Australia Naturally Naked Protein
½ serve of At Health Australia Naturally Cocoa Protein
3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
¾ of a cup of oatmeal
1 handful of coconut flakes
1 handful of cranberries (chopped)
1 handful of macadamias (chopped)
1 handful of pistacios (chopped)
2 tablespoons of coconut oil (melted)
1 tablespoon of cacao butter (melted)
2 tablespoons of rice malt syrup.
H O W T O M A K E
Combine all the dry ingredients together.
Mix the liquid coconut oil, cacao butter and rice malt syrup together and then pour into dry mixture. Use hands the thoroughly mix through. Store in the fridge or freezer for the ultimate healthy treat :-)
