Matcha Protein Chia Seed Pudding

MATCHA PROTEIN CHIA SEED PUDDING

I N G R E D I E N T S

1/4 cup chia seeds

2/3 cup coconut milk (or plant milk of choice)

1 scoop At Health Australia 'Naturally Vanilla' Protein

1 heaped tsp matcha green tea powder

Splash of pure maple syrup (optional)

 

H O W  T O  M A K E

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
  3. Serve in a bowl with desired toppings and ENJOY!!
