These are low carb + high in protein with loads of healthy fats. The beauty of these are that they don't have the usual abundance of dates and coconut oil - which makes these my new fave protein treat!!

 

 

I N G R E D I E N T S

-1/2 Cup Nut Butter (I used peanut butter but you could use any nut butter you prefer)

- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour

- 1/2 Cup At Health Australia Vanilla Bean + Almond Vegan Protein Powder 

- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or honey)

- 2-3 Tbsp Dark Chocolate (chopped roughly) or Cacao Nibs

- 1 tsp Cinnamon

- Plant Based Milk (approx 100mls to achieve desired consistency)

Mix everything (except chocolate) in a bowl or food processor until well combined, adding enough milk until mixture forms a dough. Stir in chocolate bits.

Roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer.

Yum!!
