Ooohhh yeah, this At Health Australia protein smoothie creation was the PERFECT lil combo to cool down today .... It's soooo creamy, even though I used water as the base - no milk in this baby.
The secret is definitely our At Health Australia Naturally Vanilla Protein Powder which adds that subtle creaminess - without the need for milk!!
This Berry & Vanilla protein smoothie reminded me of summer - Drink & enjoy!!
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 Cup Water
1 serve Naturally Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Frozen Berries
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp At Health Raw Maca Powder
1 tsp At Health Chia Seeds
Sprinkle Coconut Flakes on top (optional)
H O W T O M A K E
Simply blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth and enjoy :)
I also sprinkled some Coconut Flakes on top for some extra crunch - but this is completely optional!!
