Vanilla, Cashew & Macadamia Protein Bliss Balls
Our 'At Health Australia' Naturally Vanilla Bliss Balls combine our Naturally Vanilla protein with wholefood goodness including Macadamia Nuts, Cashews, Dried Apricots and Chia Seeds to create creamy vanilla bliss balls you will LOVE!!!
2 Scoops 'At Health' Naturally Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Cup soaked Cashew Nuts
1/2 Cup soaked Macadamia Nuts
1 Cup flaked or desiccated Coconut
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Coconut Nectar
1 Cup Dried Apricots
1 tsp Maca Powder
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
How to Make
Simply combine all ingredients in your food processor and blend for 1 - 2 minutes until the mixture has combined nicely. The texture should be reasonably smooth, yet still include some yummy chunky bits. Once the mixture is combined to your ideal texture, simply roll into shape, and freeze to set. We keep our Bliss Balls in the freezer for a chewy texture.
These are the perfect healthy snack when you feel like something guilt free to satisfy you for that afternoon or after-dinner treat.
