We’re Alexis and Trent, co-founders of At Health Australia and firm believers in the benefits of good health. For us, good health is about living an active and well-balanced lifestyle. We love to surf, practice yoga, cook fresh and nourishing meals and take care to reduce stress wherever possible. We’re not fanatics though. Balance is the key to our success (and we love to wine and dine with friends). So we also allow ourselves the freedom to indulge every once in a while. It’s a lifestyle that works incredibly well for us with plenty of benefits – we’re happy, healthy and energetic!
Through At Health Australia, we want to share our experience with you. Our mission is to support others in achieving their individual health and wellbeing goals, so that all Australians can reap the benefits of good health, no matter their age or fitness level.
The Inspiration Behind At Health Australia
At Health Australia was founded on the principle that health food products should be exactly that; healthy.
While on our journey to good health, we removed refined sugar from our diet. We were horrified to see the average sugar content per serve in some of the leading Protein Powder brands on the market. We felt cheated by the brands we had placed our trust in, and who we believed were offering a healthy protein solution to support our daily nutritional intake. Sadly, this wasn’t the case.
We decided to take matters into our own hands and At Health Australia was born.

What Makes Our Product Range Different?
The At Health Australia Health Food product range is 100% healthy. All of our products are made from all-natural ingredients with no preservatives, fillers or refined sugars.
Our Protein Powders are made using the highest quality ‘grass-fed’ Whey Protein Isolate, sourced from grass-fed cows grazing in New Zealand pastures. It is manufactured using a cross flow micro-filtration process that is ultra-filtered to give you the cleanest, undenatured* soluble whey protein isolate possible. It is low in fat, low in sugar, gluten free, has a very low lactose level and contains up to 90% protein per 30g serve.
*Undenatured means there are fewer steps involved in the manufacturing process. Undernatured proteins are not exposed to extreme heat that denatured protein is. As a result, the integrity of the whey is protected, helping to maintain those all-important vitamins and minerals.
